Surprise! In honor of the 5th anniversary of Pasta Pass, we are launching a digital scavenger hunt for our biggest fans to find 10 additional Annual Pasta Passes across social media.

Here’s the deal: each one of the riddles, puzzles and ciphers below uncovers the name of a Twitter profile, an Instagram handle, or a Facebook group. If you’re the first person to solve that puzzle, and send a direct message to that profile or post in the Facebook group with the secret phrase “Pasta Pass Please”, you’re the winner! But once a pass has been claimed, that’s it! There’s one clue per profile, and only one Annual Pasta Pass per profile, so you’d better hurry. We will do our best to give live updates when clues have been solved and their Pasta Passes have been claimed.

ELIGIBILITY: Participants in the promotions must be residents of the United States, the age of majority in their jurisdiction at the time of entry, and cannot be employees of the Sponsor.

HOW TO ENTER & SELECTION OF WINNER: Participants may enter by solving a riddle posted on OliveGarden.com/mystery-countdown (the “Submission”). The first eligible participant to solve a riddle correctly, and navigate to the secret Twitter handle or Instagram handle and send a direct message using the secret phrase “Pasta Pass Please”, or request access to a secret Facebook Group and post “Pasta Pass Please” as a wall comment, shall be selected as a potential winner. Each potential winner will be notified via a direct or private message, and will be asked to respond by email (private message). If no response is received within 24 hours of the initial notification attempt, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize to the next participant (based on an official time stamp) whose responses were correct as set forth by the Sponsor. All decisions of Sponsor are final. One prize per winner.

PRIZE: Ten (10) Winners will receive 1 Olive Garden Annual Pasta Pass. All terms and conditions of the Annual Pasta Pass will apply. Passes will arrive within ten (10) business days of notification.
No other elements are included with the Prize unless expressly indicated herein. Winner is responsible for its own transportation costs and any taxes associated with acceptance or use of the Prize.

MISCELLANEOUS: By participating, entrants agree [a] to abide by and be bound by these rules and decisions of Sponsor which shall be final in all respects relating to the promotion, including without limitation the interpretation of these official rules; [b] to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, promotional agencies and any other individual or company involved in the development or execution of the promotion (the “Released Parties”) from any and all injuries, liability, losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from their participation in the promotion or their acceptance, use or misuse of a prize. For promotions featured on Facebook, each participant releases Facebook, Inc. and Sponsor from any and all liability associated with participation in the promotion, the administration of the promotion, or the use or misuse of any prize.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or human error impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes to the next eligible winner selected from the pool of entrants received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other Promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Any dispute or action at law or in equity that arises out of the promotion(s) shall be governed in accordance with the law of the State of Florida, and subject to the jurisdiction of its courts of competent jurisdiction, without resort to class action and with an express waiver to a right to trial by jury.
By entering the promotion, each entrant irrevocably grants permission to Sponsor and each of its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries and successors, and each of their agents and licensees (all of the foregoing, the “Promotion Entities”) to use and authorize the use of the entrant’s name, biographical information, avatar, photograph, opinion, hometown, likeness and Submission for purposes of advertising, trade and other commercial purposes and for any other purpose, in all media and formats whether now or later known or developed, throughout the world in perpetuity, without further notice or compensation, unless prohibited by law. Without limitation of the foregoing, each entrant grants to the Promotion Entities a non-exclusive license to and to authorize others to publish, display, reproduce, modify, edit or otherwise use his/her Submission (including without limitation excerpting or amending the Submission and/or creating derivative works based on the Submission or any component thereof), in whole or in part, for advertising or promoting the promotion or for any other purpose (including, without limitation, posting the Submission on the Website), in all media and formats whether now or later known or developed, throughout the world in perpetuity, without further notice, consideration, permission or compensation, and waives all moral rights in and to his/her Submission in favor of Sponsor. Entrants expressly agree to waive any and all rights to publicity that they have or may have arising out of or relating to the promotion.
